- Step-1 – Contact your Postal life insurance CPC- In case change of your communication address, take the printout of the PLI Address Change Form in PDF and attached the self-attested address proof document.
- Step-2- Provide your policy information – Submit the PLI address change form to any nearest CPC/Head Post Office. In can update your email or mobile number/Aaddhar/PAN number mentioned in this form.
- Step-3 Confirm the change- After submitting the form, normally it takes a week to update the address and PLI will intimate the same to you by post to your new updated address.
