 Q. I have PLI Policy under the Army Postal Service, now the work has been decentralized, what to do?

A.  All the policy records in Army Postal Service having cash or salary deduction were made online, you can check your policy status at the nearest Post Office.

Q .  Should I now surrender my APS PLI policy?

A. No. this is Government supported insurance policy, having a maximum bonus in India. Surrender always loses. Continue your policy.

Q. How to deposit the premium now in my Policy?

A. If you have a cash policy under APS, you can deposit a premium at any post office in
India.  You can also deposit premiums online also. For online payment more details here.

Q. If my APS PLI  policy is not updated?

A. You can provide a pay slip or salary statement or PLI premium deduction certificate to the nearest Head Post Office for updation of your policy.

Q. I have a pay deduction policy, now I want to make payment in cash/online?

A. You have to submit a premium payment mode change request to the nearest civil Head Post office. If your policy is not updated also submit the premium recovery details like pay slip and recovery statement for updation. Premium receipt book will be issued by CPC of Head Post Offices.

Q. Where is my policy documents now and where to submit maturity /loan requests?

A.  You can submit your request to any Head Post Office, the concerned CPC will obtain your documents and process your claim.

Q. Can I check my policy record online?

A. Yes after updation of your email id and mobile number, you can check your policy details online through the customer portal and can make an online payment. For details process click here.

Q. I have submitted my all documents but CPC is not responding or not processing
my request?

A. You can call to customer care of the respective sales Circle PLI Cell.
